Things to know before you go....

1. For sanitary purposes, it is better to use your own matt and towells
2. HYDRATE, HYDRATE, HYDRATE before, during, and after class
3. Do a favor for yourself and those around you by not eating anything an hour prior to class...
4. Do not take a water break until after the 3rd pose.
5. Respect those around and wait to drink water until after eveyone breaks the pose.
6. Take it at your own personal pace and do not worry about others around you--it is about your own personal progress.
7. Be consistent...it gets easier with every class...
8. Push yourself beyond what you think you can do...you will surprise yourself.
